At starletcollections, we proudly offer a flexible return, exchange, and refund policy across a wide range of categories, including latest leather jackets, kids’ maxi dresses, baby products, homemade products, kitchen items, dining essentials, sports equipment, toys, clothing, and more, making us a trusted choice for online shoppers.

All jackets and customized products are made-to-order. Cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has started.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours. Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).

For sizing-related issues (especially for jackets, clothing, or kids’ maxi dresses), full refunds may not be offered as sizes are finalized after order placement. If an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

During the return or exchange process, we may request photos with measurements or other relevant information to verify the return.

Products that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

You will be refunded the item cost and any applicable taxes only. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.

In case of a return for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a product is returned, the refund will be provided as store credit for future purchases at starletcollections.
